Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days from the shipment date.
International delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping timelines.
ONCE ORDER IS PLACED
Shipping details cannot be altered once an order is placed. Additionally, we are unable to modify or cancel items in your order. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the purchase date.

If a package is returned to the Bephor warehouse due to incorrect shipping details (e.g., name, address, etc.), a refund will be issued for the product(s) only, excluding shipping fees.
In some cases, delivery attempts may fail due to recipient absence or an incomplete/unclear address. If the package is returned to us as a result, a refund will be processed with the return fee deducted. For more details on shipping, please refer to our FAQs.
